ThatBirb'sCreations isn't responsible for any stumbling, falling, slipping, tripping, or overheating that may occur. It is the performer's responsibility to use their "Fursuit/ Mascot costume" responsibly.
Please remember to be safe and well hydrated while suiting and of course have loads of fun!I also don't take commissions from minors, unless authorized by their legal guardian or parent.
Payment
Payment only via Paypal (International) or Cuenta rut (only Chile)
I don't give refunds once I start making the fursuit.
You must pay at least 1/2 of the price to buy the materials before I start the suit. This is also NOT REFUNDABLE .
Priority will be given to who can pay full price right away.
Getting The suit and Shipping
You must give me correct measurements, I am not responsible in case of the suit being too big or too small, due to incorrect measurements.I cannot give absolute deadlines, only estimates, but in case something happens, I will tell you with advance. I will provide with photos and updates to ask about minor changes, you should tell me at that moment when you want to change minor details.The fur fabric comes from Stoffhummel (Big Z). In case you want your fursuit to be made with other fabrics, it will have an additional cost. Shipment of the fabric takes time, usually 20 days.You pay for the shipment once the suit is done, shipping price is usually around €90, but it depends on where you live.
Once your item is shipped, I am NOT responsible for what happens to it. The buyer must take action in case it goes missing, with that said, the packet will include a tracking number in case something happens.Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
I DO NOT offer refunds for anything I make after I start working. By commissioning me you understand you are committed to paying in full price, there is no backing out allowed. Doing this will result in a buyer beware. Fursuit makers are NOT banks.
I have the right to refuse work or refund clients who are Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, Zoophilic etc.
Harassment, is not tolerated in any way. Should the commissioner display harassment of any sort, I reserve the right to drop the project without any warning.So please, be kind, I'm a human being, tooBe careful, I have a small dog at home that I keep away from my works
